Parking is available on either side of Grand Blvd. at Crown Center. Please bring your parking ticket to Kaleidoscope for a 3-hour validation for free parking.  If you have any questions, please call us at 816-274-8301.

For those parking in the garage on the West side of Grand Blvd., go to the third floor of the shops, walk toward Halls department store and follow the signs. Kaleidoscope is located next door to the Hallmark Visitors Center.  (Individuals who prefer no stairs should park on wheelchair access designated levels.)

For those parking in the garage on the East side of Grand Blvd., drive straight ahead toward the 2480 and 2460 Elevators. Park as close as you can to either elevator.  Take the elevator up to the Red Level. Exit the elevator and walk toward the garage entrance. Follow the signs directing you to the Hallmark Visitors Center. Kaleidoscope is located next door to the Hallmark Visitors Center.

Access for guests with wheelchairs or strollers:
We recommend parking on the east side of Grand Blvd. After pulling into the garage on the blue level, drive straight ahead toward the 2480 and 2460 Elevators. Park as close as you can to either elevator.  Take the elevator up to the Red Level. Exit the elevator and walk toward the garage entrance. Follow the signs directing you to the Hallmark Visitors Center. Kaleidoscope is located next door to the Visitors Center.

Bus parking:
Turn west onto 25th street off Pershing Road and unload children in front of Kaleidoscope. Bus parking is available along McGee Street and Warwick Trafficway.

Large vehicle parking:
Vehicles taller than 6′ 5″ cannot fit in the Crown Center retail garages. You may park on the south side of 25th Street just east of Hallmark Square in the designated Kaleidoscope/ Hallmark Visitors Center parking spots with a signed permit. You must come into Kaleidoscope to get the parking permit to display on your dash.

Directions from the North on I-29, I-35 and Broadway Bridge:
Follow I-35 South to the 20th Street exit (#1D). Turn left onto 20th Street and go to Grand. Turn right onto Grand. Parking is available on either side of Grand.

Directions from the South on I-35:
Follow I-35 North to the Broadway exit (#2U). Turn right on Broadway and follow to Pershing Road. Turn left at Pershing and go to Grand. Turn right onto Grand. Parking is available on either side of Grand.

Directions from the South on 71 Hwy:
Follow 71 Hwy North to the Linwood Blvd./31st Street Exit. Turn left onto Linwood Blvd. and follow to Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and go to Grand. Turn right onto Grand. Parking is available on either side of Grand.

Directions from the East on I-70:
Directions from the east: Follow I-70 West toward downtown Kansas City. Closely follow signs to Downtown/13th Street. Take the Downtown/13th Street Exit (Exit 2P).  Continue west on 13th Street to Grand. Turn left onto Grand. Follow Grand to Crown Center.  Parking is available on either side of Grand.

Directions from the West on I-70:
Follow I-70 East to I-670 East. Take the I-35 South exit. Stay in the right lane. Exit at 20th Street (#1D). Turn left onto 20th Street and go to Grand. Turn right onto Grand. Parking is available on either side of Grand.
